These two pictures of the Red River area of Alexandria Louisiana where Manna Rich Ariail lived in Louisiana. Manna was very prominent and influential man who was believed to be a Major in the Militia. There are several things that we do know about him. He worked with his brother Julius in the brick business he was an attorney he owned the Ice House Hotel he had an interest in shipping on the Red River and the Ariail Family Reunion Association Historian is in possession of his personal diary. He traveled extensively going from Louisiana to Massachusetts and other places. One of his young sons died in Stockbridge Massachusetts.
