Top picture is that of the graves of William Breckenbridge Hester and his wife Virginia L. Ariail, Virginia is the daughter of William Henry Harrison Ariail. Five of their infant children are also buried in this family lot. Bottom stone is the marker for James Moton “Jay Bird” Carpenter and his wife Mary Elizabeth White. Mary Elizabeth White is the daughter of Jeffie Welborn and granddaughter of Elizabeth Climelia Ariail.
